Racy Arrows Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of these terms
Racy Arrows (the “Game”) is published by Racy Tech Inc. (“we”, “us”). By downloading or playing the Game you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Game or any part of it, except where the law expressly permits.
3. Intellectual property
The Game, including the Racy name and logo, the arrow artwork, level designs, code, and sounds, is owned by Racy Tech Inc. and protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms give you no ownership of, or rights in, the Game other than the license above.
4. Ads, purchases, and subscriptions
The Game is free to play and may show optional ads; rewarded ads are always your choice. You can make one-time purchases through Apple’s App Store or Google Play, such as removing ads or kiss refills, and we may offer an optional Puzzle Pass subscription in the future. Prices are shown before you buy. Any subscription would renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel it anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Payment and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their terms. Where the Game is distributed through Apple’s App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
5. Fair use
You agree not to exploit bugs, use cheating tools, or attempt to gain access to premium content without purchase. We may revoke access to the Game where these terms are materially breached.
6. Availability and changes
We may update, change, or discontinue the Game (or any part of it, including level packs) at any time. We are not obliged to provide any particular content, feature, or support, though we always try to keep the Game working well.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Racy Tech Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising out of your use of the Game. Our total liability for any claim related to the Game shall not exceed the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives at this page, with the "last updated" date below. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
